In His Shelter

Dwelling in His presence, there is strength for today and hope for tomorrow. While resting in Him, I couldn't help but notice the glorious creation He had painted here in the desert. Equipped with only my meager, inexpensive cell phone camera, I snapped away at His majesty as I looked up.

 AUTUMN IN ARIZONA

"You have been a refuge for the poor,
a refuge for the needy in his distress,
     a shelter from the storm
and a shade from the heat."
     Isaiah 25:4a NIV

  10. Beautiful photos, Janis.

I'm so glad to see that you had some rest in the shelter of God's lovely world. Yes, it isn't just about being in His presence - it's about dwelling there, abiding there, putting down our roots there - making His presence our home.

    Praying for you!

    GOD BLESS!

  11. I saw your comment on another blog and had to come and visit you. My AZ blogger like me ...

I wish you a very blessed Christmas. I am off for two weeks now and trying to get our rental house in order so I can find our Christmas tree somewhere in the garage among the many boxes.

Your sweet smiling face made me smile. :)

    Blessings and love,
    Debbie
