So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living and moving thing with which the water teems, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. Genesis 1:21 NIV
The tail scoops water as it slices air and sea. This great creature of God's
design so enormous, yet so graceful. It skims tail across the water as if
knowing it is dancing for the Lord.
This large sea creature brings pleasure to the Lord just by breathing, diving, flipping tail, and dancing on water. Just following the pattern of its Maker.
How often do I bring pleasure to the Lord just by following the pattern of the way He made me?

ReplyDeleteOh, how I loved this one! Aren't whales one of God's best masterpieces?! Their sheer BIGNESS speaks of His majesty! There was a recent story about a scientist who came upon a whale entrapped in a net, and he and his family freed the whale - the whale then proceeded to give them a half-hour show of leaping out of the water, and waving her flukes. (It's on YouTube). Someone says something in the background about what the whale is doing - and you can hear the scientist's young son say, "I think she's saying thank you." Out of the mouths of babes.
ReplyDeleteThis was really lovely, Janis - GOD BLESS!
Great shots Janis. Being who he created us to be brings Him glory. May He continued to be glorified in your life. Blessings.
