Counting It Joy

Decorating the Garden

During these difficult days as I struggle through the changes, I am trying to remember:

"...whenever trouble comes your way, let it be an opportunity for joy. For when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be strong in character and ready for anything. If you need wisdom - if you want to know what God wants you to do - ask him, and he will gladly tell you. He will not resent your asking." James 1:2-5 NLT

My endurance is weak and needs developing. Perhaps, I'll be able to count it joy as I let it grow and fall into His arms.

Thanking God for this week's blessings~a little harder to find:

      592) the season of baby quails
      593) laundry washed and hung up
      594) new sheets for the new mattress
      595) a friend dropping by
      596) time to read a book
      597) only eight more days of school
      598) good food on the table
      599) a car with air conditioning that works
      600) the trials of letting go
