Autumn Marks Its Season

Autumn stirs my senses and beckons me to embrace its vibrancy like no other season of the year.  Pumpkin orange, sun-fire yellow, burnt cranberry, maple-leaf red encircle me like a forest of color.  Candles glowing dance with fragrances of autumn leaves, apple cider, and pumpkin pie spice.  The whole house tingles with the season's sensations and the anticipation of holiday celebrations.
Gratefully, the Lord has created beauty for each season of the year and each season of our lives.  To Him be all praise, honor, glory, and thanksgiving:

     256) for encouragement from friends online and around the corner
     257) for the sparkling smile spread across youngest's face
     258) for seeing my cousin while in California
     259) for Hubby keeping us safe from the snake in our garage
     260) for not knowing there was a snake in our garage
     261) for fellowship at church and the great teaching
Autumn's Colors at Home Depot
 262) for mum flowers potted outside our front door to greet visitors
     263) for autumn decorations pulled out from under the stairs
     264) for cherished friends coming to visit the end of this week
     265) for cleaning the kitchen
     266) for how good it feels to clean and be productive
     267) for Hubby getting well
     268) for two friend's husbands pulling through heart surgery with good results
     269) for Hubby and me running errands together
     270) for time with the Lord

"And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years," Genesis 1:14 NIV

Thank you, Lord, for the blessings of this past week.
